One-to-one Yoga


A yoga one to one session is more specifically designed to meet the individual needs of the student in comparison to practicing in a class setting.

Each person has unique needs and unique physiology, and prior to one to one sessions the yoga teacher can take the time to consult with the student and create sequences and plan postures accordingly. One to one sessions can also be tremendously helpful for newcomers to the practice, enabling them to gain a basic understanding of the practice and gain a greater awareness of their own body and its functions and postural patterns.

In addition, sessions can also be tremendously helpful for existing students as they can explore in greater detail areas of the practice in which they may feel they could benefit from support – whether it’s postures, meditation, breathwork or relaxation.
