Liv began her career in the traditional and ancient art of holistic medicine in 2010. Over the years, Liv has accumulated a range of skills from eastern and western disciplines to provide tailored treatments for her patients.

These include massage and Chinese medicine – acupuncture, cupping, moxa, guasha and tuina.

After qualifying in massage, Liv worked as an apprentice to renowned aromatherapist Michelle Roques O’Neil, who piqued her interest in the ancient art of healing.

She went on to gain a BSc (with Hons) from the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, a degree which combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM and Five Element) with western medical theory thereby allowing the communication between these two stalwarts of medicine to remain open and fluid.

Her treatments are led by acupuncture combined with massage to provide treatments that boost the body’s internal healing resources.  In doing so, Olivia aims to promote balance and dispel the stresses of busy 21st century lives.

Research has shown that acupuncture can help with the following issues:

  • Anxiety
  • Back pain
  • Depression
  • Female and male infertility
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Headaches
  • Insomnia
  • Irregular periods
  • Sciatica
  • Stress

Where acupuncture gets to the root of many problems, massage tilts the brain’s focus from stress towards relaxation and healing. Promoting the release of seratonin, dopamine and oxytocin changes the mood and with it the physiological phenomena that encourages self-healing.

Massage treatments available:

  • Deep tissue
  • Swedish
  • Pregnancy
  • Qi rejuvenating facial

A grapeseed oil base is brought to life using pre-blended essential oils from the Therapie range.
